At Adornmonde, we want you to love your jewelry, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and insured transit.

  Package Your Jewelry

  Place the items securely in their original Adornmonde pouches and gift boxes, ensuring the package is sealed properly for shipment.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
